Why We Fest

The Friends of Montgomery Hills Street Fest started in 2018 as a way to bring Montgomery Hills neighbors, local restaurants, businesses, and community organizations together to enjoy food, craft beer, games, and music. The Street Fest also provides the perfect backdrop to share information and galvanize support for the planned improvements to the Georgia Avenue corridor.
Join Us For Street Fest
April 18, 2026!
Our goals:
- Connect residents with local businesses, restaurants, community services and organizations.
- Show our local elected officials and candidates that they need to continue to fully support funding for the planned improvements to Georgia Ave and finish construction without delay.

How to Participate in Street Fest 2026
We have now reached capacity for exhibitors and food vendors. If you had previously committed to the Fest with one of the Street Fest Planning team, but had not yet filled out the form or paid your fee, please contact your Street Fest Planning team contact to see if your spot is still available.
However, there are many other opportunities to join or support the Street Fest! You can help sponsor the Fest monetarily by donating individually or sponsoring at a higher level, or even by helping us purchase supplies off our Wish List. You can also help us day-of by volunteering for the fest. Please see below for all of these opportunities.

Are You a Montgomery Hills Small Business?
Are you a small business or restaurant in the Montgomery Hills area who cannot participate in the Street Fest, but still want to get the word out about your business? We want to promote our Montgomery Hills businesses (free of charge) through our website and by displaying your business information on a bulletin board at the Street Fest, including by sharing any marketing offers you would like to make to our communities. Please fill out this form, and we will generate a “one-pager” to share on our website and on the Street Fest bulletin board.
